Keep private reports private

In supported NeoWorks builds, choose Help → Report a problem. Describe the problem, create a preview and remove anything private. Save a ZIP locally, or send it when online reporting is enabled.

Never post diagnostic ZIPs, licence keys, passwords, personal documents or contact details in forum discussions. Logs can contain document names or text. Use the report preview and local ZIP export to review diagnostics before sharing them privately.

A welcoming place to build

Be respectful. Discuss ideas without personal attacks or harassment.
Search before posting; use the app name and version in support questions.
Share clear steps and a small, non-sensitive example where possible.
No spam, advertising or content you do not have permission to share.
Flag harmful posts for moderators. Moderators may edit, move or remove posts and restrict accounts.
